2 Scope of Work

The scope of work for each service is defined based on a home inspection conducted by our team or through our standard service packages. Specific tasks, areas to be covered, and deliverables are agreed upon before the service begins.

Any work beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and confirmed with the customer before execution.

3 Booking & Confirmation

Services can be booked through the following channels:

Once a booking is received, our team will confirm the service date, time, and scope. Preferred scheduling is accommodated subject to availability. A confirmation message will be sent to the customer upon successful booking.

4 Pricing Policy

Service pricing depends on the following factors:

  • BHK configuration or square footage of the property
  • Current condition of the property
  • Type of service requested

Pricing may vary in cases of excess dirt, heavily soiled areas, or additional requests beyond the standard package. Any price adjustments will be communicated before service execution.

5 Payment Policy

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Small Jobs: Full payment before or immediately after service completion
  • Larger Jobs: Advance payment at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion

Payment must only be made through STAIN-33 HOMES LLP official channels, including the company payment gateway, registered bank account, or verified UPI. Never make payments directly to technicians or field staff.

6 Service Execution

Our trained team will arrive at the scheduled date and time. The duration of service depends on the size of the property, the type of service, and the overall condition of the premises.

Our professionals are equipped with the necessary tools and cleaning agents to deliver high-quality results.

7 Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, customers are requested to:

  • Provide access to running water and electricity at the premises

8 Quality & Limitations

9 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Advance payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Rescheduling requests require prior notice and are subject to availability.

Last-minute cancellations (without adequate prior notice) may attract additional charges. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to change your schedule.

10 Damage & Liability

In the event of any damage during service, customers should report it immediately to our team on-site or through our customer care channels.

  • Pre-existing damages must be informed to the team before the service begins
  • STAIN-33 HOMES LLP is not liable for damage to weak, fragile, or already-damaged surfaces
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or conditions that are worsened during standard cleaning procedures

11 Safety & Hygiene

This policy governs all builder-level and bulk project cleaning services provided by STAIN-33 HOMES LLP. These terms apply to post-construction cleaning, ready-to-move-in cleaning, and bulk residential/commercial cleaning projects.

1 Service Coverage

STAIN-33 HOMES LLP provides bulk and builder-level cleaning services, including:

  • Post-construction cleaning (new builds and renovations)
  • Ready-to-move-in cleaning for residential and commercial units
  • Bulk residential cleaning (apartment complexes, housing societies)
  • Bulk commercial cleaning (offices, retail spaces, warehouses)

2 Scope Clarity

The scope of work is defined based on a thorough site inspection conducted by our evaluation team. All deliverables, timelines, and coverage areas are documented and agreed upon before work commences.

Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately and must be approved by the client before execution.

3 Site Readiness Requirement

For efficient and safe service delivery, the following site conditions must be met before our team begins work:

  • No ongoing construction or civil work at the site
  • Running water and electricity must be available
  • Heavy debris, construction waste, and large materials must be removed by the client before cleaning begins

4 Pricing Policy

Pricing for builder and bulk projects is determined based on:

  • Current site condition and level of soiling
  • Total area in square feet or number of units
  • Complexity of the cleaning requirements

Final pricing is confirmed only after a site evaluation by our team. Quotes provided before evaluation are estimates and may be revised based on actual site conditions.

5 Payment Policy

Payment for builder and bulk projects follows a structured schedule:

  • 50% Advance: Due at the time of booking confirmation to secure the project
  • 25% During Execution: Payable during the execution phase of the project
  • 25% Before Completion: Final payment due before the project handover

Delays in payment may result in pausing or halting of work. The project timeline will be extended accordingly, and STAIN-33 HOMES LLP will not be responsible for delays caused by payment issues.

6 Work Execution Policy

Bulk and builder cleaning projects are carried out in phases to ensure systematic and thorough coverage. A timeline is estimated during the evaluation phase and shared with the client.

Delays arising from client-side issues such as restricted access, incomplete debris removal, power/water unavailability, or payment delays are not the responsibility of STAIN-33 HOMES LLP.

7 Quality Standards

We deploy professional-grade equipment and trained cleaning teams to ensure consistent, high-quality results across all units and areas.

  • Industrial-grade equipment is used for large-area cleaning
  • Consistent quality is maintained across all floors and units
  • Some permanent stains, deep-set marks, or construction-grade residue may not be fully removable

8 Non-Payment Policy

In cases of non-payment or significant payment delays:

  • Services may be paused or stopped entirely
  • Final finishing and handover may be withheld
  • Additional charges may apply for delays in execution, re-mobilization of teams, or rescheduling of resources

9 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Advance payments are non-refundable once the project is confirmed and resources have been allocated.

  • Rescheduling requests require prior notice and are subject to resource availability
  • Last-minute cancellations or indefinite postponements may result in forfeiture of the advance payment

10 Damage & Liability

Clients must inform the team of all pre-existing damages, fragile installations, and sensitive areas before the service begins.

  • STAIN-33 HOMES LLP is not responsible for loose fittings, poorly installed fixtures, or structural defects
  • Pre-existing damage that worsens during standard cleaning is not covered under our liability
  • Any damage caused directly by our team during service should be reported immediately for resolution

11 Safety & Compliance

Our teams follow all safety protocols and industry-standard practices during project execution. All cleaning professionals are trained in safe handling of equipment and chemicals.

We comply with applicable safety regulations and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on all job sites.

12 Governing Terms

By engaging STAIN-33 HOMES LLP for any builder or bulk cleaning project, the client agrees to all policies and terms outlined in this document.
